For information on fee schedules, please contact our office for an initial consultation. The out-of-pocket amount varies based on your insurance benefit levels, what portion of your deductible has been met and your co-pay amounts.


Checks and all debit and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted. Please note that the payment is due at the time of your consultation or treatment session.


Currently, our office is not in network with any insurance panels. We will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for reimbursements if your insurance plan offers out-of-network coverage. We can provide you with an estimate of your financial responsibility based on your specific benefit levels if you have active insurance coverage. It will be our pleasure to assist you, so please contact us. We can also obtain a pre-authorization, if applicable, by checking with your insurance company in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify our office two business days (48 hours) in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. For example, appointments scheduled for Monday must be cancelled on or before the preceding Friday. The full amount of the appointment fee will be collected according to our policy if you miss a session without cancellation, or cancel the appointment with less than 48 business hours’ notice.
